Mr. Yehia Abdel Aziz
Mr. Yehia Abdel Aziz is the Chairman of Imex Elite. He is a Real Estate Developer/Investor, founded IMEX Group of companies in Egypt since early 1980s. He is also a non-executive director in TEPCO, Electrical Panel and Switchgear Manufacturer in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, and in FRIGO Arabia, Manufacturer and supplier of different cooling solutions. Mr. Abdel Aziz holds B.Sc. of Civil Engineering from Cairo university, Egypt since 1976.

Mr. Ashraf Moussa
He is a civil engineer by profession, graduated from Ain Shams University in 1987, and holds a Master of International Business Administration since 2002 from ESLSCA, one of the top French business schools in Europe. He has working experience in Saudi Arabia, Oman, UAE, Sudan, Libya, DRC, & Zambia, and is based in Zambia now. His challenging role is always; how to strengthen SMEs in order to enable them growing in the very dynamic global economy.

Mr. Mohamed Anwar
He is a civil engineer by profession, graduated from El-Zagazig University in 1995. He has working experience in Egypt, Nigeria, Ghana, DRC, and Zambia. Before joining IMEX, he spent 8 years with Mountain View, the No. 1 real estate company in Egypt, as Cairo Sector Projects Manager. While before that, and since his graduation, he was working with Arab Contractors, the No. 1 construction company in Egypt, and a regional key player in Africa.

Mr. Amr Mustafa
He is a civil engineer by profession, graduated from Higher Technological Institute in 1997. All his working experience is in the 5 Star hotel development in Sharm El-Sheikh and Hurghada of Egypt, where he spent over 15 years. Before coming to Zambia, he joined IMEX, Egypt as the project manager responsible for the development of Tolib Hotel – Family Park, Egypt.
