Our History

IMEX had been established back in the early of 1980s in Cairo, Egypt as a construction company, and later on in 1990s was able to vertical growing into the real estate market by offering cost effective housing units, targeting the middle class segments.

In 2016, IMEX top management decided to expand its territory and tackle the African market, and due to the political stability that Zambia is experiencing for the last decades, IMEX decided to establish IMEX Elite Standard in Lusaka.
